Refund policy

Please log your return and refund request within 7 days of receiving your order. 

You can request your return via the contact form. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email. 

We are happy to accept returns that are in a resellable condition unless disclosed otherwise. This includes free of any marks or stains, damage (not disclosed before returning) and free of fragrance.

As we are a small business we kindly ask that the customer covers the cost of return.
