Do you do custom colours?
At this time, we do not offer custom colour options for our products. However, if you would like to request a previous colourway, please contact us — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
I have entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
If you notice an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed, we will make every effort to amend it before it is shipped. Once it has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Do you ship worldwide?
We ship worldwide and shipping is calculated at checkout.
what are your shipping options?
For UK orders, we ship with Royal Mail 48 and Royal Mail 24. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your email.
For international customers, we currently ship with Royal Mail tracked international. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your email.
will I need to pay import taxes upon arrival?
Import taxes are determined by your country and may vary between customers. If you’re unsure, please check your local import tax rates before placing your order.
For customers in the United States, import taxes are included in the shipping costs calculated at checkout, ensuring there are no hidden fees upon delivery.
how can I track my shipment?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
I think my order has been lost in transit, what do I do?
If you believe your parcel may be lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 5 working days of the expected delivery date. We will reach out to the courier and keep you updated every step of the way.

Can I exchange an item?

How do I return/ exchange an order?

If you are returning, please include the reason for the return in the email.
How long does it take to process a return?
We aim to respond to all return requests within two working days (Monday–Friday). Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed via Shopify. Please allow 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
